STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

DAILY: 8:00 AM - 9:30 AM

Strength and Conditioning classes are held daily either at the gym, on the beach, or in other outdoor locations. Conditioning classes aim to build muscle endurance and overall strength in your mobility. Classes vary and can include animal crawls on the beach through to intense stair climb intervals, as well as boxing sprint pads.
